NHS Flu immunisations at Kingfisher Hall (Autumn 2023)
On Thursday 12th October 2023, the Enfield School Age Immunisation team will be visiting our Academy to give Flu immunisations to pupils in Reception to Year 6
Parents should have received the information letter and a link to an electronic form already.
It is important that you complete the consent form
