The great big Read Aloud event
Thank you to everyone who supported our latest Read Aloud event!
Over 80 parents/carers and children attended - with great feedback.
All the children gathered at the front of the hall for story time. They were read Monkey Puzzle with all the kids interacting with the story.
The year 2s (pictured), read aloud to the whole event, a section of the book they are currently reading.
The children created their own bookmarks, coloured in pictures and took part in a character hunt in order to win a prize. Meanwhile, parents gathered valuable information on how to support their child with reading.
