Exploring different plants at Kingfisher Hall
In science, year 3 has been dissecting flowers to investigate all of the different parts responsible for pollination.
The class were learning about how pollen transfers from a male part of a plant to a female part of a plant.
During the activity, pupils carefully used scissors to dissect the plants and get a good look at each part.
The children really enjoyed learning about the different components that make up a plant.
