Old tech and skills harnessed at Kingfisher to help the environment
A new project has used some very old technology - sewing machines - to make a really modern environmental statement.
During their design and technology lessons, year 6 made some wonderful new pillows for the school library.
The children used recycled fabric and t-shirts.
The pillows make sitting in the library even more comfortable for the children to enjoy their reading.
And the environment has benefitted.
