Year 7 student becomes the school’s first millionaire reader
Maja in Year 7 has reached an amazing milestone by reading an astonishing 1 million words. She is the school’s first millionaire reader!
Heron Hall is subscribed to a reading software initiative called Accelerated Reader. This software allows the school to assess and monitor our students’ reading progress and identifies when a student has read over a million words like Maja.
For her achievement, Maja received a certificate as well as a £10 voucher.
Our headteacher, Mr. Barzey congratulated Maja for her outstanding work and presented her with a framed certificate in the school library.
