A Free Breakfast and a Great Start to the Day
Our free government-funded Breakfast Club runs from 8:00am to 8:30am and is open to all Kingfisher Hall children from Reception to Year 6. Children can enjoy a choice of breakfast foods from our free Breakfast Club menu. Places must be booked in advance through Arbor for each half term. Children cannot be admitted before 8:00am unless they are booked into our paid Breakfast Wrap Around Care. If your child arrives after 8:20am, we can only offer fruit as staff will be preparing to pack away and take children back to class each morning.
Paid Breakfast Wrap Around Care From 7:30am
For families who need an earlier start, we offer paid Breakfast Wrap Around Care from 7:30am to 8:00am at a cost of £2 per morning. Children attending this session can have toast and cereal before the free Breakfast Club begins.
At 8:00am, children attending the paid session can then join the free Breakfast Club and choose from the full free breakfast menu. Both the paid Breakfast Wrap Around Care and the free Breakfast Club must be booked in advance for any sessions they need.
Booking forms for the paid session are sent to parents separately. A place is confirmed once payment has been made in full and your child has been added to the register.
For safeguarding reasons, parents must bring children to the club and wait until they have been safely admitted by a member of staff. Please do not leave your child unattended at the school gate. Regular non-attendance or failure to follow the club guidelines may result in a place being withdrawn.
How It Works
For both clubs, children must be brought safely to a member of staff. Please do not leave your child at the school gate and walk away. Children should only be left once they have been admitted into the club.
To help the clubs run smoothly, please make sure your child attends when a place has been booked. Regular non-attendance or not following the club guidelines may mean that the place is withdrawn. Any outstanding arrears for Breakfast Wrap Around Care, After School Care or Activity Clubs must be cleared before booking paid wrap around care.
