Arbor – the School Parent App
Arbor is the system our school uses to communicate with families and manage everyday school information. Through Arbor you can receive messages from the school, pay for trips, clubs and school meals, and update important details about your child.
All parents and carers need to create an Arbor account using the email address held by the school. Once your account is set up, Arbor becomes the main way we share information and payments with families.
Arbor is a simple, safe and secure system designed to make everyday school tasks easier for parents. Using Arbor you can check messages from the school, make payments for activities, and keep your contact details up to date so the school always has the correct information.
You can use Arbor on your phone by downloading the Arbor App from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Arbor can also be accessed from a computer or tablet using the Arbor Parent Portal.
Creating Your New Arbor Account
We write to all our families when they join us and sent you a ‘Welcome to Arbor’ email (to the email held by us on our records) with your username.
You must click on this link to create your account as we need to confirm your email for Arbor. Please be aware, this link is only valid for 96 hours.
When you click on the link you will be taken directly to the school’s Arbor Parent Portal site to finish setting up your account. You will be asked to set a password. On your first login only, you will also need to enter your child’s date of birth to access the dashboard of information.
When you log on for the first time you must use a desktop computer which keeps your personal data safe. You will need to use Chrome or another up-to-date web browser.
Logging in for the First Time
For your first login, please use a desktop computer or laptop.
Use Google Chrome or another up-to-date web browser.
When you click the link in your welcome email you will:
Create a password for your Arbor account
Enter your child’s date of birth
Access your Arbor Parent Portal dashboard
This will complete your account setup.
Downloading the Arbor App to Your Phone.
Once you have finished setting up your account, you will be able to download the Arbor App.
The app is available from:
• the Apple App Store
• Google Play
Important: Please allow notifications when installing the App on your phone. The notifications will alert you when you receive a message from the school.
