Kingfisher pupils enjoy special animal workshop
Today, children in year 1 participated in a “Animals encounter” workshop.
The class was given a fantastic opportunity to see some amazing animals. They were even lucky enough to hold them and stroke them if they wanted to.
They saw a chinchilla, hedgehog, gecko, and a snake!
This workshop was organised by the school as children have been learning about animals in their science lessons.
Pupils have been studying the different animal groups and they really enjoyed their topic “Amazing animals”.
